Production Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking a must)

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and can multi-task under tight deadlines. With Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of production timelines, generate reports and provide solutions to issues.
• Develop time and action calendars for all programs managed.
• Work closely with all vendors and agent offices to ensure that monthly production capacity is utilized and recommend appropriate action when issues arise.
• Monitor production status of all programs by season.
• Track Shipments from vendor to distribution center.
• Support costing process by creating and distributing packages, issuing spreadsheets for tracking and conducting initial negotiation.
• Partner with QC to make sure finished goods conform to quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Home textiles experience, apparel, or fashion
• 2 yrs. Solid, high-performance experience must be able to demonstrate successful

track record

• with strong factory relationships.
• Ability to build strong factory relationships.
• Bachelors degree required

SKILLS

Proficient in Product Development, Fabric Development with a clear understanding of fabric quality, pricing, and sourcing.

Must have experience and knowledge in negotiating prices, minimums and lead times with Factories.

Ability to work as a team player

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer skills- PDM, Word, Excel, Pivot Tables and Flex PLM a plus.
