The Production Coordinator's (PC) role is to promote an engaged and safe work environment, set and measure productivity standards, understand and reduce costs, produce on-time delivery, develop employees/teams, reward for performance, and be a positive culture steward. This position will be responsible for the 3rd shift operations of the Tubular Wire business at the Piqua facility and report to the Operations Manager.
* Foster team safety awareness and address safety concerns.
