Top Job Located in Lynnwood, WA Salary: $21 per hourPosition: Production CrewType: Full-Time, Evaluation to HireLocation: LynnwoodPay: $21 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PMJob Details: We are looking for dedicated and safety-minded individuals to join a production team. As a Production Crew Member, you will help ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely by following company policies and procedures. This position involves processing vehicles to create core and scrap products, enabling customers to access parts, and maintaining environmental compliance.Responsibilities: - Set a positive example by strictly adhering to all safety and operational guidelines.- Safely remove Freon, power steering fluid, brake fluid, batteries, and other materials as instructed.- Properly drain gasoline, coolant, waste oil, and other vehicle fluids per procedures.- Position vehicles for customer access and remove them as needed, keeping the area prepared for the next vehicle.- Loosen motor and transmission mounts, remove remaining tires, and handle core items as needed.- Remove copper wire, heater cores, and other designated items to ensure environmental compliance.- Dismantle engines and transmissions, harvest wire, and sort materials.- Operate tire machinery to separate tires from wheels, sort, and prepare rims for shipment.- Maintain a clean work area, identify safety risks, and assist in maintaining stormwater control devices.- Offer courteous assistance to customers as needed.- Review and complete logs for tracking and regulatory purposes.Qualifications/Requirements:- Ability to wear and maintain all prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.- Capability to follow written and verbal instructions, including basic safety and hazard labeling.- Completion of safety, environmental, and code of conduct training.- Physical capability to perform manual labor, including moving up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions (rain, snow, sun, etc.).- Experience in automotive repair, dismantling, parts, or customer service is a plus.- Familiarity with tools and machinery is advantageous but not required.- Background check and drug screening required.Working conditions: - Regular exposure to outdoor conditions, including seasonal weather.- Periodic exposure to minimal chemical hazards.- Full shifts on foot, with activities such as lifting, bending, and handling tools.Benefits Available to Eligible Express Associates:- Medical Plan- Dental Plan- Holiday Pay (6 Days Observed)- 401 (k) Retirement Savings Plan- Vision/Eyewear Plan- Life Insurance- Prescription Drug Reimbursement- Short-Term Disability- Referral Bonuses Express Office: Lynnwood19009 33rd Ave W Ste 204Lynnwood, WA 98036425-###-#####ExpressProsLynnwoodWA #2592LIExpress Office: Lynnwood 19009 33rd Avenue West Suite 204Lynnwood, WA 98036
