- Supervision & Quality Control: Oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Engineering Collaboration: Work with other engineers to develop plans that enhance production, reduce costs, and optimize labor.
- Problem Diagnosis: Identify issues in the production line and provide solutions and training.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders to discuss improvements.
- Production Analysis: Analyze all aspects of production and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Resource Management: Obtain necessary materials and equipment.
- Safety Procedures: Establish and enforce safety protocols that prioritize workers' well-being and minimize environmental impact.

Requirements & Skills:
- Educational Background: Degree in Engineering (Master's degree preferable).
- Professional Licensing: Relevant license may be required.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CAD software and proficiency in MS Office.
- Field Experience: 3 years of proven experience in the engineering field.
