As an Entry-Level Production Engineer at Radial Power, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our production processes. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient manufacturing operations, improve production quality, and contribute to the development of new products. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a bachelor's degree in an engineering field who are eager to launch their career in a fast-paced and innovative environment.Key Job Responsibilities* Production Support: Assist in the day-to-day management and validation of production engineering, including reviewing production reports, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and AHJ standards.* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. Assist in implementing changes and evaluating their impact on production performance.* Quality Assurance: Support quality control activities by conducting inspections, analyzing data, and ensuring that materials and equipment meet specified standards and requirements.* Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and present findings to senior engineers and management.* Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and equipment manuals.* Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering teams, production staff, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and implement best practices.* Training: Assist in training production personnel on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures.RequirementsQualifications* Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.* 2-5 years of experience in energy production modelling using PVSyst, Heliscope, or other modeling softwares. Familiarity with CAD software and data analysis tools is a plus.* Familiarity with NEC codes and other relevant industry standards is a plus, but not required.* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.* Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.* Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.* Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to contribute and grow within the company.
