As a design-build company located in Walpole, NH, we are seeking a Material Handler to join our growing team at our Keene facility.Primary ResponsibilitiesLoad, organize, and unload building materials within and around factoryMaintain steady flow of inventory for CNC processing from generated listsWork closely with CNC Leads to ensure efficient machine operation and material supply to factory operationsOperate relevant heavy equipment like forkliftsTake inventory of material (notify Procurement if necessary)Utilize inventory and records softwareEnsure safe handling of materialsAs needed - help team build insulated walls, roofs, interior walls, floorsSkills and QualificationsGood communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to measure and identify different lumberForklift and machinery experienceInterest in learning high quality/high performance construction methodsDesire to learn & good attitude, Teamwork is a must!Strong attention to detailValid driver's license w/clean driving recordStrong work ethic with a can-do, positive attitudeComputer literacy and familiarity in AutoCAD or similar programs helpfulCompensation & BenefitsHourly wage will be commensurate with experience with OTMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-term Disability, Critical Illness and Accident Insurance, FSA, 401k and more!Work done in a climate controlled indoor spaceCollegial culture, coffee provided and bagels on Wednesdays!Yearly work boot allowance
