We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Foreman to join our large family united by our core values: Loyalty, Entrepreneurship, Achievement, and Unity. The Production Foreman will work at our Swanton, Vermont facility and lead our manufacturing operations in the maple equipment industry. Reporting directly to the Director of Production, the Production Foreman will oversee all aspects of production to ensure efficiency and quality of products.

CONDITIONS
Overall remuneration including:

DAY TO DAY
* Monitor production metrics and report on performance using our ERP system;
* Implement and/or follow production schedules in our ERP system to ensure the timely delivery of products;
* Implement strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize waste throughout the production process;
* Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the production team;
* Provide training and support to new hires and existing staff to help develop their skills;
* Lead production meetings with other production supervisors;
* Handle employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions;
* Monitor production output and product quality to meet customer expectations;
* Follow company health and safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment;
* Work with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of equipment.
THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 8 years in a supervisory role;
* Experience working with ERP systems for managing production schedules and performance;
* Knowledge of the maple industry will be considered a great asset;
* Strong leadership and team management skills;
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
* Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards;
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
