Throughout Mississippi, our client specializes in world class steel fabrications and manufacturing (manufacturers of heavy steel fabrications, hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, hydraulic and fuel tanks, refuse and recycling equipment.), for some of the world's largest original equipment manufacturers, as well as their own proprietary brand product lines. With seven state-of-the art facilities, this client is committed to providing world class products while supporting American manufacturing. They are looking to expand the leadership team at the production level to bring in military leaders to help shape the years ahead as front line Leaders.Due to increased production demands, the Gulfport and Bay Springs MS locations as looking for front line Production Management. This is great opportunity will involve management of highly skilled production team members (30 or more) on a daily basis. If you have a desire to advance your career in manufacturing this position will put you on an upper management track.Management experience is not mandatory, just a desire to lead technical employees and processes. Position requirements will involve hourly visual management of production, scheduling, planning, continuous improvement, verbal and written reporting, and area production system management. Candidates should have some level of technical skill background. Welding, CNC machining, or mechanical assembly experience. An associate degree or higher would be desired. Military experience with technical training is a plus.
