Job Description:

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Helper III to join their team. As a Production Helper III, you will be part of the production team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have general mechanical aptitude, ability to read a tape measure, and product identification and labeling skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Helper III

Location: Chesterfield, MO

Pay Range: $20/hr

What's the Job?

  • Safely operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions, and perform duties as assigned.
  • Perform inspections on various equipment for proper operation and report questionable conditions.
  • Stack corrugated products, conduct quality checks, material set-up, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

What's Needed?

  • Self-starting/self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a sense of urgency to complete tasks accurately and on time.
  • Good communication skills including the ability to interact with other levels of management and staff.
  • Industrial manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Must be flexible on shift as overtime is required.
