Job Title: Production Helper

Job Description

As a Production Helper, you will be responsible for operating a turret machine in a manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on tasks and requires mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate a turret machine efficiently and safely.

• Assist with general labor tasks as needed.

• Follow blueprints and use hand tools and power tools.

• Ensure production processes are followed accurately.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE.

Essential Skills

• Experience in machine operation and manufacturing.

• Mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience as an assembler or in general labor roles.

• Ability to lift heavy objects as required.

• Own a welding helmet and tools.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment with a team of 60 full-time employees. The dress code includes jeans, a T-shirt, and steel-toed boots. PPE such as eye glasses and ear plugs will be provided by the company.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, Minnesota.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
