Job Type Short-Term Education High School / GED Travel None Security Clearance Required None Pay Range $17.00 - 30.00/hr Position Introduction Cimarron is seeking ***Production Coordinators*** to support a large aerospace and defense customer in North Charleston, SC. ***Although these positions are supporting a 1-year contract, these positions are full-time/benefited (i.e. PTO, 401(k), insurance) positions with Cimarron. These positions are 3rd shift assignments.***
Key Duties
* Process and move production and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions.
* Monitor work in process.
* Communicate the status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure parts availability.
* Identify and solve problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes.
* Coordinate with various functions to set priorities.
* Expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education
* Due to facility requirements, only U.S. Citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
* As a federal contractor, all Cimarron employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 effective December 8, 2021. * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (occasional lifting of 21-35 pounds), bend and twist at the waist, walk, crawl, crouch, stand for long periods, kneel, reach, climb/balance, and flexion/extension.
* Comfortable with exposure to sealants and solvents, noise, plastics, metals, and atmospheric conditions.
* Comfortable working on elevated platforms.
* Comfortable using personal protective gear for the face, eyes, ears, hand, and arms.
* Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
* Ability to obtain and maintain training certifications required for the positions.
* Comfortable with occasional finger manipulation
* Ability to reach overhead, walk or stand on a flat or uneven surface, and balance on a ladder, steps, or uneven surfaces.
* Comfortable climbing 3 to 12 ft ladders or stands.
* Experience with an ERP System.
* Ability to work various shifts.
* High School diploma or equivalent and 1 or more years related work experience, or Associate degree.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education
* Experience with ERPLN.
