Position Overview:We are seeking a Production Operator. This is an opportunity offering competitive pay and a great working environment. Candidates will work in both warm and cold conditions, following detailed batch documents to assemble, package, and label materials. Flexibility is key, as tasks and teams may change daily.Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- Voluntary OT available, typically on weekends
- Double Time Pay for Sunday shifts if all hours, including Saturday, are completed.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, package, and label materials according to batch documentation within primary or secondary production rooms.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
- Perform thorough cleaning of equipment and production areas as required.
- Work in cold conditions (35-46°F) as needed.
- Rotate between different tasks and teams throughout the shift.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a refrigerated area
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Reliable and punctual - the team relies on everyone to start work on time.
