- Follow safe work practices and procedures and ensure a safety first culture in every task undertaken
- Molding of plastic parts through the use of a rotational molding machine
- Concrete and foaming of roto-molded parts
- Applying graphics to roto-molded parts
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections
- Package finished goods ready for shipment
- Assist with routine maintenance of equipment
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workplace
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by communicating improvement to the supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and OH&S regulations
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of company information
- Cooperate with other staff, supervisors and managers
- Perform any other duties as directed by Roto Mold Team Lead or Supervisor
Minimum Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift License
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Knowledge of general use of hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license
