Responsibilities: To support the Rotational Molding team and contribute to the efficient operation in the manufacturing, assembly and supply of rotational-molded products to the highest quality, while achieving the corporate goals of the company. Duties:Follow safe work practices and procedures, and ensure a safety first  culture in every task undertakenMolding of plastic parts through use of rotational-molding machineConcrete and foaming of roto-molded partsApplying graphics to roto-molded partsPerform in-process and final quality inspectionsPackage finished goods ready for shipmentAssist with routine maintenance of equipmentMaintain clean, tidy and safe work placeContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by communicating improvement to supervisorAdhere to company policies and OH&S regulationsEnsure the security and confidentiality of company informationCooperate with other staff, supervisors and managersPerform any other duties as directed by Roto Mold Team Lead or SupervisorMinimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to lift 50 lbsAbility to communicate in a professional mannerKnowledge of general use of hand and power toolsValid driver's license How we live our culture Our culture is at the center of what we do and, more importantly, who we are.
