This is a temp-to-hire position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Key Responsibilities:-Receive, sort, and store incoming products in an organized and efficient manner.-Perform light assembly tasks for various parts, including tires, wheels, hubs, knuckles, and more.-Inspect products for any damages and report findings as needed.-Identify issues affecting efficiency and suggest improvements to optimize processes.-Enhance safety, quality, productivity, and delivery through capacity and design improvements.-Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.-Assist with new projects or other requirements as needed by managers and team members.Qualifications:-Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.-Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and projects.If you are a dedicated and reliable individual with a passion for efficiency and safety, we encourage you to apply!
