In this role, you will be responsible for performing critical assembly operations to finalize the packaging of heart valve devices and other components. Your primary duties will include visual inspection, sterilization, testing, packaging, and labeling of products according to specified written guidelines. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a keen attention to detail, proficiency in repetitive assembly tasks, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Position Overview: As a Lead Final Packaging Tech, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process. This position involves performing repetitive assembly operations to mass-produce final package configurations for heart valve devices and other components. You'll ensure that products meet quality standards through visual inspection, sterilization, testing, packaging, and labeling according to written specifications. Additionally, you'll provide support in developing new processing methods and resolving quality issues.

Responsibilities:

* Assembly Operations: Perform repetitive workstation assembly tasks to efficiently produce final package configurations for heart valve devices and other components.

* Inspection and Testing: Conduct visual inspections, sterilize, test, and package products, ensuring all meet final packaging requirements and written specifications.

* Process Improvement: Assist in developing new processing methods and resolving quality problems to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

* Production Management: Schedule and manage the day-to-day production flow within your area to ensure timely completion of tasks.

* Team Leadership: Support and assist in training production personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

* Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, interfacing with Quality and Manufacturing teams as needed.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Minimum of four years of manufacturing or related work experience required. Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.

* Skills:

* Proficiency in repetitive assembly operations and final product packaging.

* Strong attention to detail for visual inspection, sterilization, and testing of components.

* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues effectively.

* Experience in scheduling and managing production flow.

* Leadership skills to train and guide production team members.

* Knowledge: Understanding of FDA & ISO manufacturing practices. Ability to adapt to changes in product style, tools, and work environment.

* Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, and email.
