Production Lead - This position will report to the Production Supervisor and will be responsible for being a relief person for all the operators on the production line. 5-8 employees will be under supervision.Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Assisting the operators with quality checks- Support break and lunch relief- Assist the operators with production change-overs and equipment trouble shooting while keeping a clean and organized work area- Responsible for helping the supervisor with any administrative paperwork and documentationExperience and skills:- High School Diploma or Equivalent with one year of manufacturing experience in demonstrated lead role operating equipment. They will train for this position- Must have the ability to use computer, scanner, and touch screens for various tasks- Ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner- Career Readiness Certificate required- Ability to make good, sound, analytical decisions- Mechanical experience/background preferred- Basic computer skillsGood salary2-year promotion pathFull benefits packageCompany will train
