Production Lead

As the Production Lead, you will report to a Production Supervisor. The team size is between 30 - 35 people, and you will supervise the team in the productions supervisor's absence. The plant has three production lines. You will be trained on each. You will also have scheduling, planning, and other leadership responsibilities. You also fill gaps in the line when needed. This is a 7pm - 7am 2-2-3 work schedule. They will be a day shift position opening up, the current shift lead on days is getting ready to retire. Base salary plus built-in overtime.
