We are looking for an experienced Production Lead to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will oversee daily production operations, manage a team of assemblers, and ensure that plastic parts and components meet quality and efficiency standards. The Production Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth workflow, safety, and productivity in the production area.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

+ Lead and supervise the production team in the manufacturing of plastic parts and products, ensuring timely completion of daily production targets.

+ Direct and mentor assemblers, providing training on equipment operation, safety protocols, and production processes.

+ Monitor product quality throughout the production process, ensuring that all products meet required specifications and standards. Conduct final inspections of completed parts.

+ Translate English/Spanish for production workers
