We are hiring an experienced Production Lead for a manufacturing and distribution center here in Watertown, WI. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership with at least 3 years of production/manufacturing employment history and a track record of longevity. This position will require maintaining a positive mindset while being a true team-player. Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 5:30pm-6amPay: $23/hour ( + $1.50 shift premium) + double time on SundaysDrug screen and Background check will be conducted prior to employmentWork includes: Lead all personnel and operations during shift; coordinate breaks for employees, complete virtual paperwork, and work side-by-side with the production team on the line Ensure production, quality, and quantity standards are met Enforce all safety processes Maintain clear and frequent communications with employees to help prevent errors Qualifications: Basic math skills Willing to work with the team on production floor 1 year of leadership experience preferred 3+ years experience on production floor Proven record of longevity at previous jobsAbout us:Express works with job seekers aged 18+ to help find the right job for their skills and experience.
