SUMMARY Perform functions of department line supervision and direct the daily activities of the line employees to assure timely availability of high-quality products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and train employees to perform different jobs correctly and to build quality product efficiently.
- Keep all required work-related records up to date.
- Maintain a steady workflow.
- Keep respected area in compliance with the general manufacturing procedures.
- Recommend ways to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
- Report machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Ability to prioritize and organize

- Assist workers in solving production problems.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High School Degree or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years in a manufacturing setting
INTERNAL QUALIFICATIONS
- No performance discipline level of Written Warning or above within last 12 months
- Must be Full-time employee of Argon Medical Devices, Inc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Mechanical aptitude skills
- Basic knowledge of windows and internet based programs
- Basic understanding of ISO 13485 procedures
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral, or diagram form.
- Due to the business necessity of communication, safety and production, candidates must be able to speak, read and write English.
