POSITION TITLE: Production LeaderREPORTS TO: Creative Arts Team LeadROLE SUMMARY:Hillside Fellowship believes that Jesus Changes Everything! Our mission is to worship God by proclaiming Jesus and making disciples who are rooted in the Word of God and empowered by the Spirit of God. The Production Director will advance Hillside's mission by overseeing all audio, visual, and lighting elements of our weekend worship gatherings. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of services and enhancing the worship experience through top-tier production quality. The Production Director will lead the recruitment, training, and development of a dedicated volunteer team, leveraging their high level of expertise to elevate our production capabilities.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and produce all aspects of live and online weekend worship production
- Set and maintain baseline expectations and standards for audio mix (live and online), in-room lighting, and video (live and online)
- Recruit, equip, schedule, and disciple the volunteer production team
- Outline best practices and procedures for AVL usage for longevity and good stewardship
- Oversee and maintain all production equipment on campus
- Create and implement long-term equipment upgrade plans as well as preventative maintenance
- Collaborate in planning and executing production needs for special events and special services on an as-needed basis
- Responsible for running and/or staffing tech needs for auxiliary campus-wide events
- Contributor to the comprehensive planning and management of the production budget
- Participate in regular meetings and additional training as required
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrates a maturing relationship with Jesus Christ and embodies the culture/values of Hillside (Galatians 5:22-23)
- Displays a commitment to the mission and vision of Hillside
- Must have a servant leader's heart with a deep sense of humility
- A minimum of three years of experience in Production & AVL Leadership is required
- Must be able to effectively communicate in all group settings
- Must possess proven experience in building and developing healthy teams
- Must be a skilled communicator, exercising conciseness and detailed, prompt responses to inquiries
- Ability to pass a background check is required
