As a Production Leader for Rolls-Royce, you'll support the production manager in leading maintenance, repair, and overhaul activity to drive and ensure customer satisfaction with all of our stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity, as you will be fully accountable for ensuring that agreed current and future customer quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements are met for the designated commodity throughout the product life cycle. You will also be accountable for ensuring that customer commitments are met in full, measured against agreed HSE, quality, cost, delivery, people and responsiveness standards.

Key Accountabilities:

* Developing and maximizing the potential of staff through feedback and coaching

* Work across functions (HR, HSE, Quality, etc) to ensure the local management team is up to date on all process and procedures and help implement with team

* Communicating simply and effectively across multiple functions and work schedules to support execution of the MRO plan

* Developing and maintaining a High Performance Culture through training and everyday behaviors

* Supporting people engagement plan including but not limited to facilitating onboarding of new hires, managing time and attendance, leading communications to the team, and resolving roadblocks or compliance issues in the shop to assure continued focus on production

Basic Requirements:

* An Associates degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR;

* A Bachelors degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR;

* A Master degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 0+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR;

* JD/PhD, OR

* In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

* In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires US Citizenship

Preferred Requirements:

* Experience leading multi-discipline groups in production or factory maintenance

* Experience working within union environment

* Working knowledge of OSHA standards

* Preventative Maintenance Background or Experience
