- Be a part of our team of motivated individuals and make a crucial contribution to our high-volume production of pre-rolls, joints, blunts, and vapes. This long-term manufacturing opportunity provides you with the chance to contribute to the growth of a well-respected brand while advancing your career.As an entry-level production line worker your role will involve working as part of a team to ensure the production of consistent, high-quality products for dispensaries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with a small team in a fast-paced environment on the assembly line, effectively completing individual tasks while contributing to the overall production process.
- Applying labels, stickers, and tags correctly to relevant boxes and marketing materials, paying meticulous attention to detail.
- Utilizing a digital scale to weigh each product accurately, ensuring consistency in weight and size
- Packing pre-rolls, blunts, and joints carefully and consistently.
- Applying labels, stickers, and tags correctly to relevant boxes and marketing materials, paying meticulous attention to detail.
- Assisting coworkers, supervisors, and other departments as required, while also fulfilling additional warehouse duties as assigned.
- Conducting necessary quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Must be over the age of 21
- MUST HAVE PERFECT ATTENDANCE
- MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
- Must be able to lift 25lbs
- Willing to wear the required PPE and practice safe work practices.
- Ability to sit or stand for 8hrs/day
- 1-3 years of manufacturing and packaging experience are desired, with a strong emphasis on product safety, consumer satisfaction, and maintaining high product quality.
- Attention to detail, good people skills, ability to multitask.
