About the Role As a Line Lead, you'll be responsible for:
- Preparing the production area with all necessary resources, inventory, and documentation to kickstart each day successfully.
- Ensuring daily/weekly production goals are achieved by supporting the team, monitoring inventory practices, and maintaining organization.
- Providing regular updates to supervisors on team progress and promptly addressing any production challenges.
- Ensuring strict adherence to Quality & Safety standards across all processes.
- Leading daily assignments, promoting continuous improvement, and assisting with training initiatives to enhance team skillsets.
- Driving a positive work environment by promoting cooperation, timeliness, and an eye for quality and efficiency.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Experience: 2+ years in an FDA-regulated medical device manufacturing setting.
- Skills: Strong math, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with GMPs, ERP systems, and office equipment.
- Teamwork: Ability to foster a cooperative, high-performance environment while holding the team accountable for meeting production goals.
