Our client, a leading company in the Consumer Goods industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join their team on the 2nd shift.
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring that production targets are met, and implementing quality control measures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of production processes.
Experience:
Proven history of ability to lead with a servant leadership mindset.
A minimum of one to three years of experience in a medium/high volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
Experience with mechanical and hydraulic press operations, as well as a basic understanding of die set-up and maintenance would be beneficial.
Previous Assembly line supervision experience would be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
1-3 years of experience in a medium/high volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with mechanical and hydraulic press operations, as well as a basic understanding of die set-up and maintenance would be beneficial. Must be self-driven and ambitious with proven leadership capabilities, including providing coaching, mentoring and supervision within a team environment. Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel). Previous professional, internship or co-op experience will be taken into consideration as relevant experience.
