Production Labor - First shift hours are typically 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday - Friday with no weekend work.Job Description:Production employees use a variety of hand tools to assemble recreational vehicles. RV production employees are compensated by a base rate, plus a piece rate bonus. Requirements:Must be able to lift anywhere from 25 - 50#'s depending on the position, must be able to work in a repetitious and fast-paced environment, and must be willing to adhere to all factory safety guidelines and standards. Jayco prefers construction or previous RV experience, but it is not required.
