Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Performs all tasks involved in the production of cable/wire
  • Follows standard work procedures and complies with all safety rules
  • Conducts daily safety start-up checks as well as safety checks throughout the shifts while using proper PPE
  • Meets all specifications of the Work Order, monitoring process to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintains and logs all information required supporting traceability and quality
Qualifications:
  • Solid, stable work history with previous industrial experience preferred
  • Ability to Bend and Reach frequently, Push & Pull 75 lbs, and Lift 40 lbs
  • Can carry out verbal or written instructions
  • Meets attendance guidelines
  • Availability to work overtime (up to 12-hour shifts sometimes)
  • Ability to work night shifts, or some flexibility with shift schedule
