**Pay:**
* **First shift** $13.65 per hour.
* **Second shift** $14.65 per hour.

**Attendance Bonus:**
* Employees that have perfect attendance for the week (employees must work all days/hours they are scheduled) will receive **$100.00 for that week on their following paycheck.**
**Stay Bonus:** All new hires will be rewarded for continued employment at the following intervals:
* 30 days of continued employment = $100 bonus
* 60 days of continued employment = $100 bonus
* 90 days of continued employment = $100 bonus
**Referral Bonus:** All active employees that refer new teammates will be rewarded for their referrals continued employment once they have been hired on at the following intervals:

**Work Hours: MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MON- SAT INCLUDING OVERTIME.**

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Responsible for packing frozen beef patties and other meat products into boxes or bags.
* Ability to tolerate working in a 40-degree work environment.
* Ability to lift 40 pounds.
* Ability to stand on a cement floor for 8 hours.
* Able to perform tasks requiring action of muscles or groups of muscles such as walking and stooping.
* Requires varying degrees of lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching for patties and overhead reaching.
* Must be able to continuously perform simple manipulative/repetitive tasks such as packing single patties and stacks of patties.
* Must be able to utilize both hands.
* Must be able to multitask in a fast paced, repetitive work environment.
