Founded in 1887, with 2023 revenue of $3.5 billion, our mission to Connect What Matters is brought to life by more than 7,000 global team members who collaborate with customers across more than 30 market segments in over 140 countries to develop highly specified solutions that enable customers to bring world-changing innovations to their end markets.Production Line Worker / Small Machine OperatorMichigan Center, MISchedule: Must be available for all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)Position OverviewThe Line Worker / Small Machine Operator reports to the Shift Manager and has shared responsibility for weighing up raw materials for production use and/or packaging material into boxes.Primary ResponsibilitiesAble to demonstrate fork lift proficiency (pending formal training)Inspecting Finished Good Pouches for damage or foreign materials before placing in containersInspecting the lot number of raw materials before weighing and adding to the batch ticketLearn other aspects of the Staging, and Packaging Areas of the facilityFollows, without exception, all work instructions and safety rules, including use of all PPE and safety equipmentParticipates in the general housekeeping of plant and work areaWilling to perform work on any shift, work weekends, overtime as neededOther duties as assigned by supervisorMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.Must have good math, reading, communication and organizational skills.Physical EnvironmentEmployee must be able to work a physically demanding day (stand for long periods, lift, bend, twist, etc.)The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds alone, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds with assistance.Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $17.82/hr.In addition to your salary, H.B.
