Joining our team means leading our brand recognition and furthering our purpose to redefine our industry.Job Overview:The Production Logistics Coordinator will oversee the logistical aspects of production projects, including customer communication, permit acquisition, material management, crew scheduling, and coordination with production teams. This role demands a detail-oriented individual who excels in organization, communication, and problem-solvingKey Responsibilities:
  • Communicate project timelines, requirements, and updates to customers.
  • Develop and manage schedules for production crews based on project requirements and timelines.
  • Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in project scope or unforeseen issues.
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues related to logistics and production.
  • Research and identify required permits for each project based on local regulations and project specifications.
  • Ensure all permits are approved and properly documented before work commences.
  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of all necessary materials to job sites and Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate material delivery.
  • Verify that all materials meet project specifications and are on-site before the scheduled start date.
  • Maintain accurate records of all logistical activities, permits, and material transactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, material usage, and permit compliance.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Proven experience in a logistics or production coordination role.
  • Strong understanding of permit acquisition processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
