GHSP is currently hiring an Electronics Production Manager to join our Manufacturing team in Grand Haven.What You'll DoThe purpose of this position is to lead a team and the work processes that will ensure the achievement of plant key measures. Utilizes advanced management and lean manufacturing philosophies and techniques; leads, manages, and provides technical expertise/work direction to Manufacturing Team Leaders.Leads Manufacturing Production Team Leaders - Utilizes participative management and lean manufacturing philosophies and techniques; leads, manages, and provides technical expertise and work direction to manufacturing team leaders. Uses lean production system and other GHSP specific processes to ensure efficient operations with production of high-quality products.Maintains Appropriate Level of Production Staffing - Maintains appropriate level of staff support necessary to meet business goals and objectives. - Bachelor's degree in operations, electrical or electronics engineering or equivalent.
- 7-10+ years Lean Manufacturing Environment
- 7-10+ years Diverse professional and managerial experience. Experience in the automotive industry.
