Job Type Full-timeDescriptionPosition Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead our engineering department in the production of both mechanical and electronic components. This role involves overseeing the manufacture and in-house assembly of our custom pipeline inspection tools, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.Responsibilities: Production Oversight: Manage the end-to-end production process, including mechanical and electronics parts manufacturing and assembly.Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high-quality standards.Quality Control: Ensure all products meet stringent quality specifications and industry standards through rigorous testing and inspections.Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to meet production schedules.Technical Support: Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical challenges and support the development of new tools and technologies.Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that the production environment adheres to health and safety regulations.Operational Excellence: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals.Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment involving both mechanical and electronic components.Proven experience in managing complex production processes and leading cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
