Production Manager Finishing BASIC FUNCTION:Production Manager Finishing is responsible for leading, managing, and developing Finishing Complex Managers, Finishing Technicians, and working with Contract Growers for optimum performance while adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The PM will ensure managed farms assigned to them are meeting company goals and objectives for maximum productivity, efficiency and profitability. Counsels, leads, manages, and develops finishing team members for optimum performance.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executes company production objectives
- Sets target goals to managers and ensures they are being carried out by farm staff
- Leads the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of farms
- Implements improvements in production techniques
- Ensures all standardized programs are fully implemented at the managed farms
- Reviews summaries and analysis of production data including budgeting, cost control, and overseeing financial performance of the farms.
- Complies with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS.)
- Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure goals in safety, quality, and costs are met.
- Complies with the practices and principles of bio security to safeguard the life and health of the animals

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:1. B.S. degree in Animal Science or equivalent OR2. 5 years' experience in the finishing farm management experience field3. Any similar combination of education and experienceMENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
