- Lead and Inspire: Mentor and guide a team of supervisors, team leads, and operators to achieve our production goals while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements What We're Looking For:
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Experience with Cold Heading or Thread Rolling is a plus.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred, with an Associates degree or equivalent experience required. Advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) are a plus.
- Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and manufacturing software (ERP systems, data analysis tools).
