Production ManagerOur client is a full-service provider of glass vials, tubes, and containers. They are looking for a key part of their team to be able to direct all operational activities of the production and maintenance departments.Responsibilities:- Handle the plant's Lock Out Tag Out procedure- Manage and maintain all support systems equipment and operations, including directing repairs- Develop and implement projects to streamline operations, improve quality and reduce cost- Maintain adherence to the plant quality policy, ISO standards, work instructions and client expectations- Evaluate current equipment for refurbishment, modification or replacement- Support technical personnel in continuous improvement processes- Manage maintenance department operationsJob RequirementsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field- 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing facility- Experience with Lock Out Tag Out procedures- Strong analytical skills- Strong computer skills including MS Offices (Word, Excel, Access)
