Your Role:
As a Production Manager, you will:
- Oversee production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Empower your team by providing the necessary tools and training.
- Manage department personnel by assigning tasks and following up.
- Encourage and motivate the workforce.
- Uphold rigorous food safety standards to ensure the highest quality products.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to safety, food safety, GMP, OSHA, and sanitation regulations.
- Conduct safety audits and enforce safety policies.
- Promote and actively demonstrate continuous improvement within the facility using WPMS (Wis-Pak Performance Management System. Evaluate, recommend and implement improvements in methods and processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale.
- Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments and directly oversee staff to ensure the achievement of production objectives at the lowest cost consistent with the company quality requirements and meeting customer delivery requirements and specifications.

- Ability to innovate and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to upholding food safety standards and continuous improvement.
- 7+ years of food or beverage manufacturing experience or related industry.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational experience.
