Job Summary:
Driving all initiatives of continuous improvement, implementing new processes and technology; hiring, training, motivating, and developing department personnel; working with human resources on employee development; ensuring appropriate scheduling of department workload and jobs; meeting customer demands, quality, and delivery.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop policies and procedures as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operation of the Support Center.
- Through own efforts or others, review the incident database daily to ensure the correct resolution of incidents and timely closing of TAT. Escalate issues as appropriate.
- Through own efforts or others, report Support Technician performance statistics and maintain historical data. Report trends in calls to Technology Managers and recommend solutions as appropriate.
- Supervising the overall performance of all production line.
- Ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets all requirements.
- Identifying and managing risks, establishing priorities, and allocating resources to the required tasks at hand.
- Writing and ensuring compliance with ISO procedures.
- Controlling and reducing manufacturing spend.
- Implementing and improving safety and environmental practice.
- Maintaining production tracking and control information.
- Ensuring daily input and output meet production targets.
- Ensuring production line discipline and 5S.
- Work with the engineering team to improve production quality.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 5 years of experience in Production, Engineering, and RMA Services.
- High analytical ability and proven problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Financial aspects of a manufacturing business.
- A self-starter, eager to address problems and improve the process.
- Must be proficient in technical analysis, graphic and presentation software.
- Must have solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and establish excellent working relationships with clients and co-workers, supervisors, and various departments within the organization.
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in related majors, such as Engineering or Business.
- 5 years of experience in Production, Engineering, and RMA Services.
