We're seeking an enthusiastic Production Manager for our Thread Roll Department to oversee and optimize our 3-shift operation. In this role, you will lead a talented team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and safety.Key Responsibilities: Lead and Inspire: Mentor and guide a team of supervisors, team leads, and operators to achieve our production goals while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Drive Excellence: Oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensure the timely delivery of quality tools and materials, and tackle production challenges with innovative solutions. Continuous Improvement: Analyze production metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance processes, safety, and quality. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain Management to drive performance improvements. Project Participation: Engage in exciting projects related to new launches, process upgrades, and waste reduction. Budget Management: Prepare and manage the departmental budget, forecast expenses, and control costs effectively. RequirementsWhat We're Looking For: Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Experience with Cold Heading or Thread Rolling is a plus. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred, with an Associates degree or equivalent experience required. Advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) are a plus. Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and manufacturing software (ERP systems, data analysis tools).
