Continuous Improvement: Analyze production metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance processes, safety, and quality. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain Management to drive performance improvements. RequirementsWhat We're Looking For: Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Experience with Cold Heading or Thread Rolling is a plus. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred, with an Associates degree or equivalent experience required. Advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) are a plus. Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and manufacturing software (ERP systems, data analysis tools).
