As a Production Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department, supporting our dedicated production teams. - Manage daily operations according to production schedules and company policies.
- Coach and develop supervisors and team members to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Analyze and improve line efficiencies by identifying key downtime issues and implementing solutions.
- Evaluate performance metrics and develop strategies to enhance cost-effectiveness and productivity.
- Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management with at least five years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Experience in the beverage industry highly preferred.
- Aseptic and Beverage experience
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with a consultative and strategic mindset.
- Ability to respond to off-hour emergencies and work flexible hours as needed.
