Mission:To lead a production team by setting clear expectations, ensuring each team member is equipped and capable of executing the expectations of their role, and holding them accountable to the daily actions required to successfully complete and close projects, thereby driving the successful achievement of the team's goals.
Compensation Range: - $65,000 - $75,000 per year base salary

Education/Professional Experience/Skills:- Minimum 3 years of construction management experience
- Experience in utilizing the strengths of individuals within a team to create team success
Team Member Expectations:- Strategic Planning - Monthly, quarterly, and annual planning with the General Manager including goal setting for total revenue per Project Manager.
- Production Department Financials - Driving production team consolidated revenue & gross profit percentage goals via an intimate awareness of current Work In Progress and forecasted job cost, individual team member strengths and weaknesses, available Trade Partner and vendor resources, as well as strategic use of intra-company resources.
- Trade Partner Resource Management - Recruit, onboard, and quality control of new Trade Partners as needed to drive production goals, either personally or through accountability with the production team, including effective utilization of all active vendors.
- Issue Resolution - Set and maintain clear expectations for team members to uphold the communication standards, and ability to set expectations with customers, as well as consistently document all changes to the scope of work and material selections.
