You will be responsible for driving safety, quality, production, and efficiency among your team.Here's an overview of what you can expect to do while working here:
- Driving safety culture across your production team through continuous training and leading by example
- Building strong relationships with your internal and external clients
- Partnering with your Account Manager to understand client expectations and communicating those expectations to your production team
- Managing all the logistical aspects of production management to include your team, equipment, and materials
- Ensuring that all the properties within your portfolio meet Down to Earth quality standards
- Monitoring and troubleshooting a variety of landscape items to include pest control, irrigation and plant material
- Assigning and scheduling tasks and routes for your production team
- Ensuring that time keeping records are submitted in an accurate and timely manner
- Counseling and developing members within your production team
- Providing hands on training for your new and tenured team members to ensure they are set up for success
- Interviewing, selecting, and helping to onboard new team members and ensure each new team member has an excellent onboarding experience
- Performing other duties as assigned by the leadership team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of commercial landscape experience
- Minimum 2 years of crew management experience
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent, Associates Degree is preferred
- Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Florida Driver's License and the ability to pass an MVR check
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
