Job Opportunity: Production Manager - Cement Manufacturing (Texas)

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years in cement manufacturing, including control room operations and/or process engineering.
• Expertise with production software, project management tools, and other manufacturing systems.
• Completed PCA training courses, including Cement Manufacturing for Process Engineers, Kiln Training, and Mill Training.

Role Responsibilities

As the Production Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop the Clinker and Cement Business Unit team to ensure safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee and optimize production rates, conduct process audits, and implement technical recommendations.
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Diagnose system malfunctions and prioritize corrective actions.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure product quality, environmental compliance, and cost management.
• Act as the Control Room Leader during emergencies and uphold safety and regulatory standards.
