Position Overview:

We're seeking a talented Production Manager with extensive experience in blown film manufacturing. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, maintaining safety and quality, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide production teams with clear direction, mentoring, and performance management to foster a high-performing culture.
  • Develop and manage efficient production schedules to meet customer requirements while ensuring cost-effective operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Plastics, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Proven leadership in plastics manufacturing, particularly in blown film production.
  • Deep knowledge of extrusion equipment and manufacturing processes, with strong safety and quality control expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and manage teams effectively, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring production deadlines are consistently met.
