Position Overview:
Were seeking a talented Production Manager with extensive experience in blown film manufacturing. Youll play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, maintaining safety and quality, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide production teams with clear direction, mentoring, and performance management to foster a high-performing culture.
- Develop and manage efficient production schedules to meet customer requirements while ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Oversee quality control measures to guarantee customer satisfaction, addressing issues proactively.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards, fostering a culture of workplace safety.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement process enhancements, reducing waste and increasing efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Plastics, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
- Proven leadership in plastics manufacturing, particularly in blown film production.
- Deep knowledge of extrusion equipment and manufacturing processes, with strong safety and quality control expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and manage teams effectively, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring production deadlines are consistently met.
