Summary:
The Production Manager is responsible for all bakery production in the facilities, playing a crucial role in overseeing the production process and ensuring the highest quality product is produced in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner. The Production Manager will collaborate closely within production teams and cross functionally within the organization to oversee, enhance and ensure productive bakery teams, quality assurance and compliance, team leadership and training, inventory and resource management, process optimization and innovation, safety, budget management, and operational reporting. The Production Manager will uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence while meeting customer demands and operational goals. Leadership is vital in creating a collaborative and efficient work environment where everyone is motivated to perform at their best. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for people and bakery are essential for success in this position.
