About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead operations at our manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring output aligns with quality and efficiency goals.
• Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure material availability.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage teams, production schedules, and processes efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
