  • Develop Training Materials: Create and organize resources to empower the production team
  • Administrative Support: Handle documentation, process orders, maintain supplies, and coordinate activities with supervisors
  • Excel Expertise: Develop and analyze spreadsheets to monitor metrics and optimize processes
  • Monitor Ingredients: Track ingredient usage to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Contribute to Special Projects: Support initiatives to enhance production workflows
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the production management team, including supervisors and plant leadership, to drive efficiency
Your Work Schedule
  • Flexible shifts: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
What We're Looking For in YouEducation
  • A college degree is highly desired, but we will take into consideration relevant skills and experience
Experience
  • Administrative support in manufacturing is a plus
Skills
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a desired
  • Must be well-organized and have strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel (including formulas, data analysis, and organization)
  • Strong math, reading, and writing skills
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of SAP is a bonus
