To learn more about Berry, visit Responsibilities Comply with all safety rules and policies and report unsafe conditions to the production supervisor/management Stocking all lines with raw materials (resins, compounds, NW, Scrim, etc ) Stocking all lines with packaging materials (pallets, stretch wrap, dividers, starbursts, cores, etc ) Pulling all FG's from lines Returning all unused raw materials to WH with proper labeling. Material/FG quality label verifications of proper weights and all Units of Measure. Charge all production PIT's (24 hr charge reset rotation) Perform PIT pre-shift inspections - check water levels in batteries. Load all scrap into trailers/dumpsters and communicate appropriately when full. Complete all assignments as directed by Team Supervisors and Management. Be willing and capable to work a 12-hour shift schedule, which will include weekdays, weekends, days and night shifts. Cut cores for all lines Daily inventory counts of raw materials/ packaging supplies, FGs. Clean breaker plates Empty all winder area trashcans at the end of every shift. Collect samples needed for the lab and drop them off at a designated location for the lab to retrieve. Fulfill other duties as assigned by management. Diploma or GED b) Experience: 1 year in manufacturing operations with demonstrated inventory control skills preferred c) Physical/Cognitive Requirements: Work is performed in office, warehouse, and outdoor environments with frequent contact with others. Requires prolonged sitting and frequent bending, stooping and stretching, climbing, manual dexterity, the ability to distinguish letters, occasional lifting, and the use of office equipment.
