We leverage our proven Enterprise Transformation, Customer Experience, and Technology Management capabilities to ensure our clients achieve program excellence.ATGI provides quality-focused services for complex projects with an intentional focus on delivering exceptional service underpinned by integrity and a commitment to partnership.ATGI is currently recruiting Production/Operations Specialist to support the VHA Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) located at 2962 S Longhorn Dr, Lancaster, TX 751461. Shift schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm or 3:00pm-11:30pm. If you accept employment with ATGI, you must also acknowledge that any assigned schedule is subject to change at the direction of either ATGI or its customers.Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee daily CMOP operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Direct the production, pricing, sales, and distribution of healthcare services within the CMOP
  • Forecast customer demand and develop strategies to meet these demands
  • Collaborate with managers from other departments to optimize overall CMOP performance
  • Implement and manage operational improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor key performance indicators and develop action plans to address any issues
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to maintain optimal stock
  • Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards of service
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for various CMOP processes
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational goals and objectives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management and fulfillment
  • Strong understanding of production and operations management principles
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Proficiency in data
All candidates must be able to:
  • Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
  • Lift up to 20 lbs
  • Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
  • Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
